My name's Jon Ward and I make soundtracks by composing music using traditional and electronic instruments and the manipulation of sounds that I find: old tapes, obsolete electronic devices, field recordings, noises that speak to me.

As well as writing music I have installed soundtracks into several custom-made electronic devices.

Here's some music from the Stan's Cafe show Of All The People In All The World. They wanted something that would play continuously, without repeating, for a maximum of 12 hours. Using Max/Msp I generated a constantly shifting soundscape of voices, with occasional music.
